Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various secure payment methods, which will be listed during checkout. 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. MPS & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

We currently do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at mpsco.support@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with unboxing video with a 360° view of the package and its contents upon delivery. Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review. 

• No returns for change of mind.
• No exchange due to personal preference.
